My family and I had the pleasure of having Dr. Jackson as our OB/GYN for almost 5 years. We moved from NYC and had a hard time finding someone who was knowledgeable, caring and passionate. After going through several OB/GYNs, I found Dr. Jackson! She is absolutely amazing. She always listens to her patients needs and when I was pregnant with my twins, I wanted a birth plan that included that we first try to deliver the babies instead of doing a c-section. She was always in support of what a patients needs are and although she could not promise for no c-sections, as complications could arise, she did everything possible to ensure that we can at least try. During my labor and delivery, it was the first time I was delivering babies in the OR and Dr. Jackson was cheering me on and just made the whole experience, less nerve wrecking. After delivering the babies, she saw me walking the hallway a day or two later after visiting one of the twins in the NICU and shouted my name and walked over to give me a hug. I am truly grateful to have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Jackson. Our family has been so lucky to have her in our lives! —Mehwish, Grand Prairie
