Youth and Family Counseling
Need immediate assistance or crisis intervention? We help youth ages 6-17 (or older if enrolled in high school) who struggle with anxiety or depression, bullying, school attendance, conflicts at home or talk of running away, anger management or behavior problems, reckless or criminal behavior.

Youth and Parent Skill-Building Classes
For youth and families struggling with real-life issues, we offer classes for ages 10-17 (or older if enrolled in high school) and separately, classes for parents.

Free classes for youth:

ANGER is Real: Helps youth understand their anger, how it can play a negative role in their lives and with their relationships, and how to express these emotions in a healthy way.

REWARD is Real: Helps motivate and re-engage students who may be struggling with challenges at home and in school by focusing on the ultimate rewards of building resilience and inner strength.

RISK is Real: Helps youths, who may be first-offenders, understand the repercussions of life choices and gives them the skills necessary to successfully avoid behavior that may put future success at risk.

Free classes for parents:

Real Families
Helps parents understand how to improve their relationships with their children and decrease conflict through skill development, behavior management, and support.
