Katie, Kelsey, and Abby are therapists at a group practice in Plano called Connect to Thrive (C2T), specializing in evidence-based, bottom-up approaches to healing. They prioritize nervous system regulation and attachment-informed treatment modalities including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy.

At C2T, we are proud to treat clients as young as three years old through late adulthood. We are known for our love of pop culture and dogs, and our commitment to providing effective individual treatment for family members within the same home to best support the growth of the family system as a whole.
