Churchill Park is a quiet park with a playground hidden far from the noise and danger of the street. The playground is tucked up in the trees behind the baseball fields, making it difficult to see from the street. There’s only one play structure, which is specifically designed for ages 2–5. There is, however, a tall stand-alone slide, swings and monkey bars that are appropriate for ages 5–12. Smaller children can safely use the tall slide if accompanied by an adult, and just down some steps from the playground, there are swings for all ages. There was some rust on the equipment, but it was in overall good condition. Churchill Park also has tennis courts and baseball fields, which may interest little athletes. Churchill Park scored a 22 out of 24 on the Safety Report Card, giving it an overall grade of an A*. 7025 Churchill Way, Dallas.
