April 6 Rain: A Tribute to The Beatles

April 13–14 CFW Festival
CFW (as in craft beer, food and wine—three of our favorite things) brings together local restaurants, breweries and wineries at Globe Life Park. Look for celebrity chefs and a lineup of musicians including Young the Giant, the Josh Abbott Band and Lonestar. April 13–15 Dallas Art Fair
The Dallas Art Fair caters to true collectors and aficionados, but art fanciers of all kinds will find plenty to talk about at the 10th annual event. For three days, the Fashion Industry Gallery will showcase modern and contemporary paintings, sculptures, photographs, videos and every other medium imaginable from big-name dealers and galleries around the world—and right here in Big D. April 18–22 Thin Line Fest

April 27–29 Denton Arts & Jazz Festival
The city’s banner event returns to Quakertown Park. In its 38th year, the annual festival will feature seven stages (not just for jazz—folk, country, Tejano and even polka are in the mix), fine art and crafts exhibitors, and plentiful food and drink. This year’s headliners include Randy Brecker, Los Labos and Brave Combo. Free.
