Need someone to talk to? (Other than those who you’re quarantining with?) We hear you. Below are 22 telecounseling options that you might want to try out.

Note: Many insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, cover telecounseling services. You may also be able to access help through your company’s employee assistance program (EAP). Call your coverage provider for more information.

The Center

Lena Pope
Parents and caregivers can receive support for emotional, mental or behavioral health challenges with the Stay Strong helpline, 817/806-9920. Credentialed mental health and behavioral health professionals take calls from 9am–7pm Monday–Friday. The helpline is free.

Grant Halliburton Foundation
The Mental Health Navigation Line (972/525-8181) is open Monday–Friday from 10am–6pm and assists individuals of all ages. Spanish language assistance is available. The Foundation also has a pandemic resources page and a teen resources page.

Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital

Neurodevelopment Associates of North Texas

Noyau Wellness Center

Beckloff Pediatric Counseling Center

The Counseling Place
The Counseling Place is offering several telehealth services: Project Positive (a social emotional learning course ideal for middle school tweens and teens) and therapy for kids age 8 and older.
