No text message or emoji can fully communicate your child’s thoughts, feelings and perspective on life. We make sure they’ll remember these memories, experiences, and friends for a lifetime! We at the YMCA firmly believe in the power of camp. We have something to offer all kids will all different interests. Whether you are learning to jump the wake on water skis, gaining a new skill in arts and crafts, or hitting a bulls-eye in archery every time; Camp Grady Spruce is the place for your child. We want your child to have the experience they will never forget. The day begins and ends with spiritual development based on character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Parents appreciate a child that returns home more mature, more independent, better able to problem solve, with authentic friendships with children from a wide variety of backgrounds, and with a wide assortment of smiles, stories and songs. While the YMCA is built on a Christian Heritage, we serve everyone which allows for diverse participation, allowing for family to instruct in the faith and camp staff to role model how we can all live in this community.
