Activities: Fit & Fun Day Camps: Sports and games such as tennis, soccer, basketball, relays, capture the flag, parachute games and more Daily fitness and nutrition lesson—martial arts, nutrition, importance of hydration, yoga, Pilates and more Basketball Fundamentals Camp: drills and practice games Basketball Shooting School: drills to learn how to shoot off the dribble, pass and screen Tennis Camp: drills focused on developing stroke and serving techniques Cooper Swim Academy: swimming lessons for ages 3-15, beginner to competitive experience levels Athletic Development: Exercises and activities focused on agility, coordination, endurance, balance, speed, power and strength
